Celebrating the last 20 weeks!

Sing it with me, "Celebrate good times, c'mon!"

I read my baby book this morning to update myself of the size and development of my baby; it emphasized CELEBRATION!

The word celebrate has been on my mind all day, even amidst the congestion, sore throat, body aches, and head ache.

It wasn't until I was entering the bath, desperate for some relief that the word finally settled.

I soaked in the water watching my belly bounce in and out of the bubbles.

Baby girl began to kick.

The moment was nothing short of magical.

It's not the first time that I've felt her but it was a quiet moment in which nothing else in the world mattered.

Although pregnancy comes with hardships there is nothing more incredible than life growing inside of you.

Truly, I feel blessed to be this girls momma; I feel blessed to be a woman.

Regardless of the scale, the cravings, or the sickness, pregnancy is simply miraculous.

So, I'm halfway done my friends.

(5 months, 20 weeks!)

In another 2o weeks this baby girl will enter this world, only to bring us more joy than we even knew possible.

I have not a clue what I'm doing as a Mom but I am so excited!

Thank you for sticking with me... this is just the beginning!

Let's celebrate the last 20 weeks!
