Healthy Gluten-Free appetizer!

Crunchy Almond Cinnamon Apple Treats!


Can you say YUM?


I brought these suckers to a girls Bachelor viewing party and wasn't sure if they would be popular.


They were a hit!



 Ingredients:


Rice Chex, apples, almond butter, honey, brown sugar

How to make:


1. Slice apples


2. crush rice chex with hand or spoon


(option: add brown sugar to rice chex and stir together)


3. Spread almond butter on apples (almond butter works WAYYYY better than peanut butter)


4. Press apples into rice chex (chex will stick to peanut butter)


5. Once all apples are complete, drizzle honey on top of all apple slices


6. ENJOY!

Suggestions:


1. Best if made right before event or party to avoid apples browning


2. Place in refrigerator and try to serve cold
