Oatmeal and Eggwhites...YUM!

I don't know about you but I get in such a routine when it comes to breakfast. 
If I don't eat I want to throw up and I get super shaky. 
My usual breakfast consists of spinach and egg whites with salsa and sea salt. 
It's pretty yummy but not 7 days a week!
As I was strolling the aisles of the grocery store (on my "break" from being a mommy) my eye caught the gluten-free oatmeal. 
I LOVE good oatmeal and since I've been gluten-free (over a year now), I haven't had oatmeal! 
Although it was a ridiculous price of $7.99 I caved and I'm so glad I did!
Now, I also don't eat much cereal anymore because almost all of it has gluten, so, I decided to make my cereal!

To some it may be disgusting... 
However, I found this to be delectable! 


Gluten-Free oatmeal
Almond milk

How to prepare:

1. Cook oatmeal (microwave or stove top)
2. Add Almond milk to make it "cereal-like"
3. Add cinnamon and truvia
4. Cook two eggs (eggwhite only) and add to cooked oatmeal
5. Stir Oatmeal
6. Drizzle with honey


I admit, it looks nasty but people it's TASTY!
AND, you're mixing your protein and carbs leaving you nice and full in a healthy way!
